8906G PU primer is a black , moisture curable liquid primer. For before the use of
polyurethane adhesive to glass bonding operation on the adhesive surface treatment, it can
improve the polyurethane adhesive and UV resistant relay.
Applications
This product is used to improve the bonding performance between adhesive and glass or ceramic
edge, and can also be used for the treatment of some metals.

III. Instruction of use
Waiting time for volatilization and drying of primer: generally 3-5 minutes. The specific time
depends on the ambient temperature at that time. Start sizing after volatilization and drying of
primer.
Usage: the bonding surface must be clean and dry without grease or dust. Wipe the surface with
absolute ethanol or isopropanol and let it dry for 3-5 minutes. The specific time depends on the
ambient temperature at that time. Shake Huitian 8906G until the ball in the tank can be heard to
roll freely, continue shaking for 1 minute, and then evenly brush the primer on the bonding
surface.
When the primer exceeds the bonding validity period, the primer surface can be coated with 8902
activator for activation, and the bonding operation can be carried out after drying for 3-5min. See

The best construction environment: 15~25 ℃ ventilation environment.

How to use

containing hydroxyl and amino groups, which will cause the polyurethane adhesive to not cure or
cure incompletely. Storage:Unused glue should immediately tighten the cap and seal the nozzle for storage. When
using it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During storage, there may be a small amount of crust on the mouth of the nozzle, which can be
used normally after removal without affecting the performance of the product.

Typical Applications
Protecting circuit boards and various electronic components against water, moisture, dust, mold growth and salt spray, insulation protection, etc.
Directions for use
Guide for use: 9432 can be applied via spray coating, dip coating or brush coating. The application environment should be well-ventilated. An ambient temperature below 16°C or humidity above 70% is not suitable for the application. Before application, the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned to remove residual fluxes and other contaminants, so that the conformal coating/resin paint can well cover and protect the substrate. 9432 dry film can be repaired with a remover such as Huitian 1060.
For polyurethane-type conformal coating/resin paint, when the circuit board is assembled with galvanized or nickelized special metal components, the paint film should be completely cured. It is recommended to dry the coated sample board in an 80°C aging oven for 2 hours and cool it before assembly. Spray coating: According to different spraying equipment and application environments, the product can be diluted with 1040 as per a certain ratio before spraying to obtain a suitable dry film thickness.
