Typical Technical Parameters

Directions for Use & Precautions

• Dilute 720A with ethyl acetate (water content below 300 ppm) to the required solid content, then stir in 720B.
• Do not use aromatic or alcoholic solvents for dilution.
• Use the ready-for-use adhesive within 8 hours; do not retain longer than 4 hours in the machine.
• In tropical areas (above 28C with humidity above 60%), use the adhesive within 2 hours.
• Adjust coating weight +0.5-1 g/m2 for printed laminates compared with unprinted films.
• Extend curing time when laminates are used for bag making.
• Install an efficient exhaust hood on the coating unit and follow isocyanate safety regulations.
