Product Overview

Weeton 836A/836B is a solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive with strong versatility for various flexible packaging structures, including OPP(PET)/CPP, OPP/VMCPP, OPP/VMPET/PE, NY/LLDPE and AL/PE. 836A is an isocyanate-terminated main component while 836B is a polyester-based polyol, offering good leveling, excellent coating performance and fast curing.

Typical Technical Parameters

Directions for Use & Precautions

• Set NCO/OH glue cylinder, hose and roller temperatures at 38-45C per the TDS typical parameters.
• Control production environment temperature at 20-30C and humidity at 45-65%.
• When humidity exceeds 70%, reduce 836B dosage by 5-10% and consult technicians for verification.
• When humidity exceeds 90%, reduce humidity before use and ensure tight sealing during use.
• For thin inner layer PE (<=45um), lower curing temperature to 30-35C and extend curing time to 24-36 h.
• Replace the solvent-free mixing hose every day to avoid uneven mixing.
• Wrap printed roll film with waterproof film after quality inspection to prevent moisture and dust.
