Directions for Use & Precautions

  • Dilute with ethyl acetate, acetone or MEK (water below 300 ppm); never use aromatic or alcoholic solvents.
  • Stir 776B into the diluted 776A mixture after reaching the required solid content.
  • Use within 24 hours of preparation; max 2 hours retention in the machine.
  • In tropical conditions (above 28C, humidity above 60%) use within 2 hours.
  • Use gradient oven temperatures (55-85C) to eliminate residual solvents.
  • Increase lamination temperature and pressure for better bond strength and surface finish on foil.
  • Follow isocyanate safety regulations and install exhaust hood on the coating unit.
