• Set glue cylinder, hose and roller temperatures at 38-45C according to TDS typical parameters.
• Control production environment at 20-30C and humidity 45-65%.
• Reduce 836B by 5-10% when humidity exceeds 70%; consult technicians for verification.
• For thin inner layer PE (<=45um), cure at 30-35C for 24-36 h to avoid slip agent precipitation.
• Replace mixing hose daily and keep glue mixing equipment clean.
• Store in sealed original barrels at 15-30C.
