Weeton 856A/856B is a two-component solvent-free laminating adhesive suitable for boiling and steaming of plastic/plastic composite structures. It delivers high peel strength, excellent surface wettability, excellent heat resistance, long pot life and no smell, with the cured adhesive layer transparent, elastic and aging-resistant.

Typical Technical Parameters

Directions for Use & Precautions

• Use the standard mass ratio 100:60 (856A:856B); adjust between 100:50-70 according to humidity and structure.
• For CPP structures, increase curing temperature and glue amount as recommended.
• Set seasonal temperature parameters (35-42C) for glue containers, hoses and rollers.
• Maintain precise tension control and proper winding to prevent delamination and film curl.
• Cure aluminum foil composites at 45-50C for 36-48 h; winter AL/CPP needs 48-60 h.
• Clean the coating unit when the machine stops over 40 minutes.
• Preheat 856B in the drying room if small lumps appear in cold winter; it does not affect use.
