B Amber liquid Industrial Adhesive Glue , 8642 two component polyurethane adhesive sealant

         8642 is a two component polyurethane adhesive product, specially developed for RO membrane modules,it suitable for the assembly of most membranes, also has excellent hydrolytic stability and chemical resistance properties. This product conforms to the requirements of FDA175.105 and is certified to NSF 61.
         Typical application:
         Used for the assembly of RO membrane modules.

         How to use
         1.Clean up the surface of bonding materials, keep dry and clean. The surface of polyolefin materials must be subjected to a corona treatment or flame treatment.
         2.Mix the glue completely 1:1 by volume or 9:10 by weight, we recommend using auto-mix equipment,or the mixed glue should be handled by vacuum system before operation.
         3.dispensing the mixed glue to the surface of bonding material,then pressure the two sheets of bonding materials because there is no initial adhesion.
         4. waiting over 3 hours under 50℃ or over 8 hours under 23℃, then transfer to the next process.

      Cautions
      1.seal the unused glue for next time use, contaminated glue should no longer put into the original packaging pail.

      3.This product contains isocyanate, which may irritating to skin and eyes. If contact, flush with plenty of water.

      Storage:
      Store under 8-28 ℃ cool and dry place, the shelf life is 12 months in original package
