7930(HT9301MS) MS sealant is a silicon alkyl terminated polyether as a main component, low viscosity, general type of one component moisture curable sealant.

Curing material combines the advantages of polyurethane and silicone adhesive sealant products.

Clean:Clean the surface: remove the rust, dust and oil etc...

Gluing: The nozzle sleeve cut, take the glue mouth, cut into appropriate slope,

using squeeze can glue gun is coated onto the construction site;

pneumatic pressure recommended that no more than 0.4MPa sizing.

Curing:The parts are arranged in the air sizing, when after the formation of epidermis,

from the surface to the interior of a room temperature curing, and 55% relative humidity at 24 hours,

the curing depth of 2 ~ 4mm. With the extension of time, the curing depth increases gradually.

The 7 day curing depth 6mm.

Attention

Keep away from children.

If you accidentally come in contact with the skin, wipe in the curing a cloth before class, and using alcohol solvent scrubbing.

If the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water, and medical treatment.

1420 High performance structural bonding acrylic adhesive

Typical Applications

Transport vehicles, notebook computer, mobile phone and other products such as structural adhesive bonding electrons.

Surface treatment:

Mixing Adhesive:

Through a fixed mixing ratio of the mixing nozzle mix, with manual, pneumatic or equipment gluing

Gluing:

This product at 18 ℃ -27 ℃ environment construction to achieve the most ideal curing effect, below 18 ℃ curing slower, more than 27 ℃ curing faster. Effects of A and B components of the viscosity is affected by temperature, in order to ensure the measurement / consistent, effect of mixing equipment, the two components in the storage temperature to maintain a constant.

Gluing work must finish in operation time. Operation before the end of time, glue and positioning of the work piece to accurately completed, then keep the work piece in a fixed state until the end to remove positioning time.

Clean:

Before curing is easier to clean, wipe the lotion, overflow adhesive residue available containing citric acid, terpene resin or NMP degreasing agent scrub in order to achieve the best results. If the layer has been cured, carefully will layer off, and wipe the lotion good cleaning effect.

Matters need attention

1．This product is flammable, away from heat and flame, spark store or use.

2．Not including the adhesive materials: PP, PE, POM, PTFE, copper, brass

3．All stainless steel, aluminum, mixing equipment be Teflon or PE material. Filler, pump shall not use copper or copper alloy. The sealing ring must use Teflon, Teflon coated PVC, PE/PP, VITON, NBR, chloroprene rubber or other elastic body shall not be.

4．This product is curing very fast, generates a lot of heat when mass mixing, and may be accompanied by release of gas, steam and other volatiles. Therefore, should be in every time limited quantity in mixed operation time can run out, and the adhesive thickness is controlled within 3.2mm

Instructions:

1. Clean the thread surface, eliminate greasy dirt and dry it.

2. Squeeze a certain amount of glue into one of plane, form a continuous glue line, girding the parts to
sealing. Suggest to pneumatic pressure no more than 0.4 MPa.

3. Fold and seal two surfaces with bolts; initial curing within an hour, at 25 ℃, 50% humidity, completely cured in 24 hours. In cold or dry condition needs much longer time to cure.

4. If the glue not use up, please tight blocks and sealed nozzle immediately. If there is a little crust in the
mouth of tube, remove it, it will not affect the normal use.

Description:

8924 high performance polyurethane sealant is a single component, W High thixotropy, does not flow, low odor polyurethane adhesive. Product is low viscosity, good thixotropy, which is convenient for manual gluing. Cured adhesive is elastomers, anti cold and hot change, good resistance to stress change performance. Instructions for use

Surface cleaning: clean surface: remove the rust, dirt, water and oil etc...

Gluing: cut a small hole in the beak suitable rubber barrel, glue mouth diameter should be considered sizing width and decide, into the glue gun start sizing operation.

Curing: a large temperature and humidity environment on polyurethane adhesive surface drying and curing effect, low temperature, curing slow; temperature and humidity is too high, dry too fast. The best operating environmental conditions: temperature 20 to 30 DEG C for 50 ~ 70%RH, humidity exceeds 5 to 35 DEG C; the temperature, humidity 35 ~ 75%RH range please careful construction.

Polyurethane adhesive in gluing and curing process, avoid contact with chemicals containing hydroxyl, amino and, this kind of material will cause the polyurethane glue curing incomplete.

Storage: unused plastic blocks should be tightened immediately, to seal the tube mouth save. Again, if sealed, a little crust, remove immediately after, does not affect the normal use. In the process of storage, the nozzle may also appear a few crusts, remove after normal use, does not affect the product performance.
